Dr. Meagan Andino

Dr. Meagan Andino brings over seven years of direct experience with the San Diego Regional Center, where she served as a Service Coordinator in the children's unit. Her deep understanding of the regional center system, combined with her passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, makes her a uniquely qualified leader for Helping Hands Supported Living.
During her tenure at SDRC, Dr. Andino earned her Master of Science in Psychology and her Doctorate in Social Work (DSW). She has extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of service models, including Supported Living Services (SLS), Independent Living Skills (ILS), Tailored Day programs, RDI, ABA, special education, behavior therapy, nutrition and exercise fitness, PTSD support, and serving combat military veterans.
Dr. Andino is passionate about building a network of support for individuals who want to live on their own and participate fully in their communities. Her person-centered approach, clinical expertise, and bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) ensure that every individual and family receives culturally responsive, compassionate care.
